Shipping:
We ship worldwide. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail, you may choose your desired shipping method at the checkout page, orders over £30 qualify for free 2nd class shipping within the UK. Please be aware that should your package be over 2KG we will send this via courier.
Returns Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days as long as the items are received in an unused sellable condition.
About our wax:
Our wax is 100% natural wax. Please be aware that frosting may occasionally occur on the melts. There may be a slight difference in colour between batches. These will in no way effect the scent of the melts.
Bespoke orders:
We accept bespoke orders, please contact use for further information. These will be dispatched within two weeks of your order.
How to use our wax:
You can use our wax in an electric wax melter or a suitable tealight wax melter. Do not add any water to your wax as this could cause a fire. Do not use anything above a 4 hour tea light in your warmer as anything higher can get too hot and potentially cause a fire.
How to use our Squishy wax:
Our squishy waxes can be squeezed directly into your warmer dish. Once they have lost their scent or you want to change your wax, simply wipe your dish, give it a quick wash and dry and you are good to go.
How to use our Simmer Crystals:
Simply place a few scoops directly into you warmer. They will start to go white as they loose their scent, when it has all gone, simply tip them into your bin. Wipe your dish over and dry.
Safe Use/Disposal:
Keep out of reach of children
Never leave unattended
Do not eat
Store wax in a cool dry place
Do not get wax wet
Pour old wax into the bin or soak it up in a tissue and dispose, then wash dish with warm soapy water and dry. Your wax warmer is now ready to be used again
