How much do they cost?
Our subscription box is £15 posted, however if you sign up to the auto renewal payments, each month you will save 3.4% per box.
How do I order?
You can order the type of subscription you want directly from the individual page. Please be aware that there are two types for the one month option. One will be a one off order, the other will be on a reoccurring basis. For example if you choose the 1 month reoccurring option, you will be automatically billed after your first month is up for another month and so on till you cancel. If you choose the single 1 month option, you will have to sign up again after receiving your box.
How do I know what themes are coming up?
The first 6 months themes have been released on our Facebook group and page. These are however in no particular order. The theme and scents will be released early in the month for you to decide if you want to subscribe.
Is there a cut off date for ordering?
Yes, you will need to sign up for the current months box by midnight on the 10th of that particular month. You will be charged for your first box at the time of purchase, however every box after will be charged on the 10th automatically. For example if you first order before or on the 10th of July, you will receive July’s box. If your first order is on the 11th of July, you will not receive your box until August.
When will you post my subscription box?
Sphynxi Subscription boxes will be posted on the 20th of every month. This allows enough time to sort and pour all boxes after the cut off date.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Of course, you are under no obligation to keep up your subscription and you can cancel at any time. We do ask that you contact us after you cancel, just so we can adjust our pouring numbers. Either pop us a message on our Facebook page or ping us an email.
